Friendly staff and spotless room

Self service quality of food v good - however, not all items were available to the both of us… one egg, hardly any mushrooms, limited pastries and breakfast teabags had to be asked for. If self service, all items should be readily available to guests and not having to ask and wait for said items. Quality good - egg options limited we were not advised if we were allowed to request poached/scrambled/boiled etc. as a short person I found the lifting of heavy lids and balancing my plate awkward
